Acceptance of the Agreement Terms

Account Registration and Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rg99 platform. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in the freezing of all related accounts and forfeiture of account balances.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. The information to be provided includes:

• Full name as per identity card (MyKad)
• Valid date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name
• A strong and unique password for your rg99 account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. rg99 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your negligence in securing your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the rg99 platform are subject to the following rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: typically between 15 minutes and 2 hours

All withdrawals will be processed to the same account or e-wallet used for the deposit, except in certain technical circumstances that require an alternative method. rg99 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving a withdrawal for the purpose of KYC compliance.

Bonuses and Promotions

rg99 offers various bonuses and promotions to its members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-related withdrawal is permitted.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.

Additional bonus rules:

There are four VIP tiers: Bronze (cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Progression to a higher tier is based on the member's continued betting activity.

Game and Betting Rules

All games offered on the rg99 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay, and esports — have their own specific rules that can be found within the game interface itself.

Some general rules that apply to all game categories:

• Game results recorded by the rg99 system are final and binding
• Any technical failure during a game will be resolved based on rg99's server logs

rg99 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice against any account suspected of the above activities, including freezing funds pending completion of an investigation.

Account Suspension and Closure

• A request from a legal authority or regulatory body

• Failure to verify identity within the stipulated period

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request via live chat or support email. Any funds in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all KYC and wagering requirements have been met.
